Purpose and Reason:
This rule describes the care that the Medicaid Program provides to LTSS beneficiaries in institutional health care facilities. This rule is repealed and replaced by 210-RICR-50-05-1 entitled, “Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports: Institutionally Based LTSS.”
