Purpose and Reason:
Effective April 1, 2006, determining care requirements for individuals receiving institutional care will be revised to include the re-evaluation of needs requirement that an individual be re-reviewed in thirty (30) to sixty (60) days when the individual's medical information indicates the possibility of significant functional and/or medical improvement within two (2) months.
