Purpose and Reason:

This rule is being refiled by the agency pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-4.1. The reason for this regulatory change is to make a minor changes to Licensed Falconers who capture and raise falcons in the state for hunting and regulations associated with the use of these birds.
