Purpose and Reason :

The purpose of this regulation is to provide a schedule of fees for State Beaches, Campgrounds, Parks and other facilities at Recreational Areas under the control and management of the Department of Environmental Management. The purpose of this amendment is to update the schedule of fees for State campgrounds, parks and other facilities at recreational areas under the control and management of the Department of Environmental Management.  A summary of non-technical changes between the previous version of the regulation adopted by the Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission and the proposed regulation by section is as follows:

  • Section 3.6 amended to increase parking fees only at Misquamicut State Beach
