Purpose and Reason:
These rules are adopted pursuant to R.I.Gen. Laws sections 17-7-1 et seq., and relate to any and all adjudicatory hearings held before the State Board of Elections in connection with any complaint filed with the Board, unless otherwise specifically exempted by law, regulation, or order of by the Board.
