Purpose and Reason:
The regulatory responsibility for alarm agents and alarm business was transferred from the Department of Business Regulation to the Department of Labor and Training with the passage of the FY '09 State Budget. These rules will allow the Department of Labor and Training to perform its regulatory responsibilities for alarm agents and alarm business.
