Purpose and Reason:
The responsibility for the regulation of alarm agents and alarm business was transferred from the Department of Business Regulation to the Department of Labor and Training in the FY 09 State Budget. These emergency rules will allow the Department of Labor and Training to perform its regulatory responsibilities.
