Regulation Authority:

Purpose and Reason:
Effective July 1, 2003, to implement statutory changes in the following basic allowances used in the post-eligibility allocation of income from an institutionalized individual to community dependents: 1)minimum monthly maintenance needs allowance (MMMNA) for a community spouse; 2)the basic allowance for a dependent living with a community spouse; and 3)the excess shelther allowance.
