Purpose and Reason:
Effective April 1, 2007, the Severely Disabled Waiver (otherwise known as the PARI Waiver) has been discontinued due to being replaced by the PersonalChoice Waiver. All persons eligible for the Severely Disabled Waiver are also eligible for the PersonalChoice Waiver.
