Purpose and Reason:
Eff 1/1/2007, the rules are amended to reflect statutory increases in the cap on the Minimum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance,the Minimum Protected Resource amount,the Maximum Protected Resource amount,the federal cap for institutionalized individuals, &the SSI federal benefit rate as increased by the Social Security Administration's cost-of-living adjustment. The medically needy income limits are increased pursuant to RIGL 40-8-3.
