Purpose and Reason:
Technical revision to Section 0342.100 to remove reference to the RI Family Court (the post foster care coverage group does not have to be under jurisdiction of the RI Family Court). Also, to include the policy sections relating to Extended Medical Assistance (effective 10/2006), which were inadvertently removed from the last filing.
