Regulation Authority:
RIGL 40-8; Title XIX of the Social Security Act;
Purpose and Reason:
Effective October 1, 2007, the Department of Human Services will expand Title XIX Medical Assistance benefits to include children under twenty-one (21) years old who were in foster care on their eigthteenth (18th) birthday, who have been closed to the foster care system, and who are residents of Rhode Island.
