Purpose and Reason:

The following changes were approved with the 2023 RI State Budget  

§ 4.3 (A)(3) Updated to remove language regarding temporary pilot for CCAP for College, as it is now permanent.

§ 4.6.1Updated income limits for initial entry into CCAP and exit out of CCAP in charts for levels three and four.

-Changed 180% to 200% through out rule

-Changed 225% to 300% through out rule
