Purpose and Reason:

This Direct Final Amendment will implement the Federal Poverty Level increases for 2022 to the Child Care Assistance Program Guidelines as per the Federal mandate.

These changes will be effective April 1st, 2022 with an Emergency Amendment to this Regulation.

The Federal Poverty Level changes are located in section 4.6.1 C.
