Purpose and Reason:

The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is proposing to revise the Aeronautics Regulation (800-RICR-10-001) to update in accordance with recent changes in the law, including Chapters 2,4, 5 and 8 of Title 1, as well as correcting outdated titles and the dates of Federal statutes incorporated by reference.
