Purpose and Reason:

a.       Section 3.19.1:  Proposed changes to minimum size and season for recreational cod management consistent with amendments to the FMP.

b.      Section 3.18.19(E)&(F), and 3.18.2(G):  Proposed change to possession limit of whitetip sharks consistent with amendments to the FMP.

c.       Other minor non-substantive clarifications. There is no effective change proposed or intended with this rule change.
