Purpose and Reason:

Part 43 currently includes recordkeeping requirements that require a source to determine fuel usage for each distributed generator and/or hours of operation for each emergency generator and record such information no later than five days after the first of each month.  The Department is proposing to eliminate the five day recording requirement and allow the source to record the data at any time during the month.
