Purpose and Reason:
This rule is being amended to add the alternative certification method as approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency on January 25, 2024, of Section 3.2 of 40 CFR 60, Appendix A, Method 9.
The alternative certification method, ALT-152 is being added as an acceptable certification method in the State of Rhode Island.
