Purpose and Reason:

DBR is proposing this change to effectuate 2024 PL 318 and 319. The primary change is to repeal the Annual Contracted Producer Report and to enact a new Electronic Appointment fee. There is also the removal of a fee not required by statute and some language cleanup.
