Purpose and Reason:

Regulations for Youth Summer Camp Programming were developed in accordance with Rhode Island General Law, which was passed for the FY25 budget year. This regulation allows youth camp programs to apply to be licensed summer camps in order to enroll children who are part of the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). The regulations that were created are all federally required in order to use CCDF funding.
