Title XVI of the Social Security Act

Purpose and Reason:

This rule is being amended to reflect the Federal Social Security Administration's Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) scheduled for January 1, 2025. This change is being implemented at §5.6 Rhode Island Federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and State Supplemental Payment Rates.
