Purpose and Reason:

The Rhode Island Department of Health (“RIDOH”; “The Department”) is proposing to amend “Licensure and Discipline of Physicians” [216-RICR-40-05-1] to add language to refer to the statutory requirements in R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-37-2.1.
