  • Updated fee for a Non-resident pharmacy license to $625.00
  • Updated fee for a Non-resident pharmacy license renewal to $625.00
  • Corrected fee for Physician Academic Faculty (Limited): License to $600.00
  • Corrected fee for Physician Academic Faculty (Limited): Renewal to $170.00
  • Corrected fee for Podiatrist Academic Faculty (Limited): License to $240.00
