a.       Removal of sections “Application”, “Severability”, and “Superseded Rules and Regulations” section consistent with other RIMFR per guidance from OLS. There is no effective change proposed or intended with this rule change.


b.      Sections 6.5. 6.6, and 6.7:  Clarification of area descriptions. There is no effective change proposed or intended with this rule change.


c.       Section 6.8:  Minor clarifications regarding fyke net regulations. There is no effective change proposed or intended with this rule change.


d.      Other minor non-substantive clarifications. There is no effective change proposed or intended with this rule change.
