a.      Division proposal to require next renewal cycle in five years (section 14.10(A)).

b.     Division proposal to amend the renewal application deadline (section 14.10(C))

c.      Division proposal that transfer applications be submitted to the Department no later than 60 days after the change in ownership (section 14.11.2(B))
