1.10:

Amend term “air-assisted harvest” to “air-assisted equipment” to reflect term used in rule (Part
4).

Delete term “catastrophic trap tag loss”: Duplicative with description in rule and not
accurate in that also applies to whelk.
·
Amend term “coastal salt pond” and
add list of coastal salt ponds
·
Delete term “February 28” as is no
longer used in rule.
·
Add term “Narragansett Bay”.
·
Delete term "Routine trap tag loss". Duplicative with description in rule and not
accurate in applicability to whelk pot tags.
·
Amend “water-assisted harvest” to “water-assisted equipment” to reflect term used in rule (Part
