Purpose and Reason:

RIDOH is amending these regulations to address the following:

§ 25.3.3(A) to remove the sentence containing the sunset date for Harm Reduction Center licenses.
§ 25.2(A)(15) to fix a typographical error
§ 25.4.4(A)(5) to correct the internal citations related to reporting requirements
