Purpose and Reason:

These regulations are being amended to align with the statutory language regarding reporting in  § 1.15.5(A). Additionally, RIDOH has removed a reference to R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 5-29 in § 1.15.4(N)(2). Other non-substantive changes were made.
