Purpose and Reason:

Quonset Development Corporation is proposing to expire the Terminal Schedule No. 017 (ERLID: 7645). Replacing this document will be two new adoptions: Rules and Regulations for the Use of the Port of Davisville and Terminal Tariff Schedule. The Quonset Development Corporation manages the Port of Davisville and has commissioned an outside marine consultant to model the new documents,after other major ports of call and following all Maritime Federal Law requirements. The information contained within the two new documents is not substantially different from the expiring rule. The net benefit of repealing this regulation and adopting the two that will take its place is a de minimus change to procedures governing the Port of Davisville.
