Purpose and Reason:

The intent of the Bank was to propose a new Efficient Buildings Fund Regulation. Due to a filing error a technical amendment is necessary to repeal this regulation until the process is completed to file a new regulation. This regulation can be found under the Bank's proposed rules and notice was previously published in the Providence Journal on 11/2/15.
