This rule incorporates by reference Federal Gas Safety Regulations. It was most recently filed 3/13/01. Subsequently, the incorporation by reference has been made and updated in separate regulatory filings, most recently in Rules and Regulations Prescribing Standards for Gas Utilities, Master Meter Systems and Jurisdictional Propane systems (ERLID 4168), effective October 5, 2006. The notice and hearing dates for the new rule are listed below.
