Purpose and Reason:
This rule, adopted 10/13/1978 was abandoned, and not included in a mandatory re-filing in December 2001. Regulatory issues associated with this rule have been addressed in Rules and Regulations Prescribing Standards for Gas Utilities, Master Meter Systems and Jurisdictional Propane systems (ERLID 4168), effective October 5, 2006. The notice and hearing dates for the new rule are listed below.
