Purpose and Reason:

This rule filed 7/31/1959 was abandoned and not included in a mandatory re-filing in December, 2001. Regulatory issues associated with this rule have been addressed in Rules and Regulations Prescribing Standards for Gas Utilities, Master Meter Systems and Jurisdictional Propane systems (ERLID 4168), effective October 5, 2006.
