Purpose and Reason:

The Public Utilities Commission is repealing the following regulations because the underlying statutory mandate related to the regulation was repealed by Public Laws 2017-18 and 2017-31. The regulation is no longer applicable to any of the regulated utilities and had never been applied. No objection was received.
