Purpose and Reason:
The proposed action is to repeal Chapter 10 – Existing Statutes, Regulations and Policies of the Ocean Special Area Management Plan (Ocean SAMP), as it contains only a listing of statutes, regulations and policies and does not create any new regulatory requirements for activities subject to CRMC jurisdiction (state permit or federal consistency) under the Ocean SAMP.
