Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this action is to repeal RIHPHC’s “Historic Tax Credit” regulations, to eliminate duplication with regulations at the Division of Taxation. This regulation shall take effect Twenty (20) days after filing with the Secretary of State’s office.
