Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to this regulation is to update requirements and procedures for the use of Eisenhower House by licensees. The proposed amendments add definitions and establish rental rates for 2012, 2013, and 2014. There are no substantive differences between the proposed amendments and the final rule.
