Purpose and Reason:

This rule is being repealed, pursuant to RIPL 2011 Chapters 213 and 235. The current rule required state and local police agencies to file an annual report on their enforcement of disabilities parking laws. RIPL 2011 Chapters 213 and 235 repeal the requirement to file annual reports.
