Part | 5804 | Receipt of Charge |

Regulation Authority:
R.I.G.L. Sections 42-35-3(5)(b) and 28-5-13(4)
Purpose and Reason:
The regulation codifies the methods by which a charge will be considered filed with the Commission.
Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:
The Governor issued Executive Order 09-20 which authorizes shutdown days that will close the Commission office on normal business days. This regulation provides a mechanism for filing a charge on a shutdown day that would happen to be the last date for filing under applicable statute of limitations.
