Purpose and Reason:

The current fire code, known as the State Fire Safety Code, shall expire after December 31, 2012 per RI General Law. Therefore, the current rule will be repealed as of January 1, 2013 and a new rule will be adopted on January 1, 2013. (ERLID 7138)
