Purpose and Reason:

This regulation is being repealed due to the reformatting and reorganization of the rules and regulations to comply with the Administrative Procedures Act and Secretary of State’s formatting requirements. In the past, separate rules and regulations existed for each discipline that the Board governs.  The result was voluminous, stand-alone rules and regulations for each discipline that contained repetitive information.  This regulation is being replaced with streamlined, shared information that applies to all disciplines.
