Purpose and Reason:

Repeal of previously filed By-Laws of the Board of Examination and Registration of Architects. By Laws as amended October 2003 last refiled on January 4, 2007 have been superseded by the amended Rules and Regulations for the Board of Examination and Registration of Architects which were filed on June 8, 2007 and effective on June 28, 2007 (Reference ERLID #4672).
