Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation Sale of Real Property by Nonresidents NRW 95-02 identified by ERLID Number 611, the content of which is being merged into Regulation “Withholding Tax on the Sale of Real Estate by Nonresidents” 280-RICR-20-10-1. Repeal of this regulation shall take effect twenty days after filing with the Secretary of State’s Office.
