Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation Withholding on Sale of Real Property by Nonresidents NRW 91-01 identified by ERLID #: 610, the content of which is being merged into Regulation “Withholding Tax on the Sale of Real Estate by Nonresidents” 280-RICR-20-10-1.
