Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation Motor Fuel Tax- Exporters MF 89-01 identified by ERLID Number 573, the content of which is being merged into Regulation “Motor Fuel Tax identified 280-RICR-20-50-1.
