Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation “Vending Machine Operators” Cig 95-02 identified by ERLID Number 460, the content of which is being merged into a newly adopted Regulation, “Cigarette Tax” 280-RICR-20-15-1 identified by ERLID Number 8517.
