Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal “Cigarette Tax – Minimum Pricing of Cigarettes” Cig. 91-11 identified by ERLID Number 458, the content of which is being merged into a newly adopted Regulation, “Cigarette Tax” 280-RICR-20-15-1 identified by ERLID Number 8517.
