Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation “Cigarette Tax – Tax Exempt Cigarette Sales” Cig 89-10 identified by ERLID Number 457, the content of which is being merged into a newly adopted Regulation, “Cigarette Tax” 280-RICR-20-15-1 by ERLID Number 8517.
