Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation “Cigarette Tax – Reports and Records of Carriers, Bailers and Warehousemen” Cig 89-08 identified by ERLID Number 455, the content of which is being merged into a newly adopted Regulation, “Cigarette Tax” 280-RICR-20-15-1identified by ERLID Number 8517.
