Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation “Cigarette Tax – Redemptions and Refunds” Cig 89-05 identified by ERLID Number 452, the content of which is being merged into a newly adopted Regulation, 280 RICR-20-15-1 identified by ERLID Number 8517.
